HOW TO STEAM: Boil water, put about 3 tbsp herbs in let steep a few minutes, and to yoni pot and, put on yoni gown or drape yourself with a towel around your waist to keep the steam in. Comfortably sit on pot to contain steam. Steam about 20-30n minutes.

Directions on pearls: Thoroughly wash your hands, pull out the string on the pearl, keep a small amount outside of the vagina so it is easy to find after 2/3 detox is over. Insert detox pearl inside vagina approx. 7cm deep (only insert one pearl) You must remove the pearl no longer than 3 days. Clean vagina with warm water, insert next detox pearl 24 hours after removing the first one.
